Eligibility
Veterans
Eligible to use a VA education benefit.
Service members
Eligible to use a VA education benefit.
Dependents that meet any one of the following criteria:
Eligible for the Fry Scholarship;
Eligible for Chapter 35; or
Had a GI Bill transferred to them.
